• Draft, review, and negotiate buy-side and sell-side transactions, contracts and governance documents.
• Provide counsel in banking, finance, and creditors' rights; draft loan and security documents.
• Advise on fiduciary tax, gift, and estate matters; draft pleadings and review records.
• Maintain direct communication with clients and leadership.
