PSI in Irvine, CA is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. You will work closely with senior attorneys to provide comprehensive support across litigation and transactional matters, developing skills in a collaborative environment.

A JD from an accredited law school and CA bar admission are required. 2–5 years of litigation experience preferred, with strong research, writing, and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
