Job summary

Responsibilities

• Legal research including investigation of case law, statutes, and regulations to support active cases.
• Preparation of memos, briefs, motions, contracts, and settlement agreements.
• Organize and maintain case files, and track billable hours.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and trials alongside or on behalf of Directors.
• Meet with clients to gather information and provide legal counsel.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel and co-counsel.
