Job summary

Frey Consulting Group in Norfolk, VA, is seeking an Associate Attorney - Litigation (Family & Traffic) for a full-time position. The ideal candidate has experience in Family Law, Traffic and Misdemeanor Litigation and is prepared to manage a busy caseload.

The role offers a generous base salary up to $100k (DOE) and a comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage, a 401K with matching, disability and life insurance, PTO, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience handling Family Law, Traffic and/or Misdemeanor matters is REQUIRED.
• Experience representing clients in court and handling hearings is REQUIRED.
• Experience drafting, filing, and arguing legal motions is REQUIRED.
• Experience preparing legal documents, pleadings and other court filings is REQUIRED.
• Experience managing multiple cases and maintaining deadlines is REQUIRED.
• Admission to the Virginia State Bar or eligibility to practice in Virginia is REQUIRED.

• Advise and represent clients in family, traffic and misdemeanor matters.
• Appear in court, conduct hearings, and manage case timelines.
• Draft, file, and argue motions and other legal pleadings.

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Norfold, VA area for an individual with experience as an Associate Attorney with a background in Family Law, Traffic and Misdemeanor Litigation .

This position would earn a generous base salary up to $100k (DOE) and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, Short/Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and other outstanding perks.
