The ideal candidate holds a J.D., is admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction, and excels in writing, research, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving. This is an in-person role with a competitive salary and PTO.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong writing and drafting skills.
• Proficient in legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other relevant resources.
• Experience drafting contracts, pleadings, and briefs.
• Ability to litigate cases effectively in court.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
