Qualifications

• J.D. required with a minimum of 1–3 years of relevant experience or more with education, training and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents and respond discretely to sensitive inquiries.
• Must hold a current Tennessee license to practice law and adhere to professional conduct rules.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients at legal and administrative proceedings as assigned.
• Research and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations and formulate legal opinions.
• Draft briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents; conduct discovery in accordance with rules.
