Overview

We are seeking an Associate Attorney for a remote position who has experience in construction defects and/or insurance defense, or personal injury, to join the legal team of a successful multi-state firm\'s So Cal location. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal support and assisting with various legal matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal drafting, research, and civil defense litigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support and assist with various legal matters for the firm\'s practice areas in construction defects, insurance defense, and/or personal injury.
• Draft legal documents, conduct legal research, and support civil defense litigation.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the California State Bar
• Experience in litigation, construction defects and/or insurance defense, and personal injury
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
• Ability to write clear and concise legal documents
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
