Job Title : Litigation Attorney – Employment

Location : Onsite, Hybrid or Remote (San Diego, CA 92130)

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with 2-10+ years of experience to join our Employment practice. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside highly accomplished attorneys on a diverse range of complex employment litigation cases, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to grow their legal expertise while contributing to the success of a well-respected firm.

Partner with skilled and experienced attorneys to represent clients in employment litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial.

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.

Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials.

Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on employment law matters.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
