Job description

Position Title: Associate Attorney – Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith Litigation (Remote)
Experience Level: 0–5 years
Bar Admission: Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona (admission in New Mexico or Nevada is a plus)
Location Requirement: Must reside in Arizona. This is a remote position; occasional in-person attendance at firm meetings or court appearances is required.

Practice Focus:
Insurance coverage analysis and opinion work
Drafting coverage position letters
Insurance coverage litigation (declaratory judgment actions)
Insurance bad faith litigation
Supporting coverage counsel duties on complex claims


Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth legal research and draft detailed coverage opinions
Draft coverage position letters
Draft and respond to discovery requests
Prepare and respond to motions and litigation pleadings
Ideal Candidate Traits:
Exceptional legal research and writing skills
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Interest in or prior background in insurance law (preferred but not required)
