Qualifications

• 4+ years of insurance coverage experience
• Strong policy interpretation and coverage advisory background
• Experience with CGL, professional liability, property, casualty and/or related coverage
• Active New York Bar admission

Responsibilities

• Advise insurers on coverage analysis, policy interpretation and complex exposures
• Draft coverage opinions, reservation-of-rights and disclaimer correspondence
• Manage discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, mediation and arbitration
• Work directly with carriers, underwriters and experienced coverage partners

True Insurance Specialisation:

Sophisticated Coverage Work:

Advise insurers across CGL, professional liability, cyber, property, healthcare and complex casualty coverage, with exposure to both advisory and contentious matters.

International Client Exposure:

Work with leading US and international insurers and reinsurers, including matters with cross-border and London-market dimensions.

Responsibilities
