Job summary

Clyde & Co US LLP seeks a fully remote associate to support Idaho, handling a broad range of liability and insurance challenges including insurance coverage and bad faith, UIM defense, premises liability, trucking/transportation, and employment and property disputes.

Qualifications

• Is admitted to practice in Idaho.
• Has civil litigation experience.
• Has excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.

This practice covers a wide range of liability and insurance challenges in matters involving insurance coverage and bad faith, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, UIM defense, premises liability, trucking/transportation claims and employment and property disputes.

Responsibilities

• Take depositions, attending hearings, and mediations as required.

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $170,000. The range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
