Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• 1–3 years of civil litigation and transactional law experience.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage discovery and motion practice.
• Interest in courtroom advocacy and trial work.
• Mature, professional demeanor with ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-scope civil litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Prepare and negotiate transactional documents (contracts, consulting agreements, non-compete, shareholder purchase agreements).
• Draft formation and organizational documents for startups and emerging companies (operating agreements, governance materials).
• Participate in all phases of trial preparation, mediation, settlements, and appellate proceedings.
• Handle a diverse caseload involving commercial disputes, real estate matters, and corporate transactions.
