Job Opportunity for California Attorney with Mid-Sized Full-Service Firm

Job Description

  • Law and motion

  • Respond to & propound discovery

  • Take & defend depositions

  • Make court appearances, argue motions

  • Any trial or large arbitration experience a plus (not req’d)

Requirements

  • CA licensure

  • 3+ years civil litigation experience in one or more practice areas including but not limited to business litigation, construction defect, insurance, real estate, medical malpractice, personal injury or employment law

  • Articulate and well-written

  • 1800 billables

Compensation

  • Up to $180k DOE

  • Mid-year performance reviews for potential salary increase

  • Year-end performance-based bonus potential

  • Bonuses available for exceeding billables
