Qualifications

• Experience with motion practice and depositions; strong writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a litigation caseload.
• Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for deposition and trial.
• Review and analyze discovery requests and respond to pleadings and motions.
• Provide trial preparation and maintain time records.
