A nationally recognized law firm with a leading healthcare practice is seeking a Transactional Associate to join its growing team. This practice advises some of the healthcare industry's most sophisticated organizations, including health systems, physician groups, healthcare technology companies, post-acute providers, and other market-leading businesses.
This opportunity offers exposure to high-level transactions, complex regulatory issues, and substantial client interaction while providing strong mentorship and a clear path for long-term career growth.
Responsibilities
- Support mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, and strategic healthcare transactions
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, commercial contracts, and related transactional documents
- Conduct due diligence and regulatory analysis
- Advise clients on operational, business, and compliance matters
- Work closely with attorneys across transactional, regulatory, compliance, and litigation practices
- Build trusted advisor relationships with healthcare industry clients
Qualifications
- Active California Bar membership
- Approximately 2-6 years of law firm experience
- Background in corporate transactions, M&A, healthcare, regulatory, or related practice areas
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Desire to develop specialized industry expertise within a highly regarded practice
