Henry Hill, a Texas-based law firm in Frisco, is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our growing team on-site. This full-time role offers exposure to sophisticated matters and direct collaboration with experienced litigators, while developing courtroom and client-management skills.

The ideal candidate will be a strong writer and communicator with a JD from an accredited school, a Texas license, and at least two years of legal experience.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Texas.
• 2+ years of legal experience preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy development.
• Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Assist with discovery, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Communicate with clients regarding case updates, options, and strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver effective legal solutions.
• Maintain compliance with all legal, ethical, and professional standards.
• Manage deadlines and caseload responsibilities efficiently.
