Qualifications

• Strong family law experience.
• Proficient in the rules of civil procedure and rules of evidence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and motions, conduct legal research and writing; keep client notes and time entries using Clio.
• Take direction from the Managing Partner and get along well with staff.

• Is in good standing with the North Carolina Bar (Required).
