The ideal candidate has 3+ years of franchise and distribution law experience, strong writing and communication skills, and a collaborative approach to support the national practice growth in a collegial environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in franchise and distribution law and global supply chain contracting.
• Experience in a law firm or similar environment.
• Superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ambition, drive, and team-orientation to support national practice growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist in structuring franchise programs and drafting Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs).
• Conduct research and consult on franchise, supply, and distribution contracts.
• Resolve franchise, supply, and distribution relationship disputes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on international transactions.
