Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation caseload of 25–30 matters.
• Take and defend depositions, participate in hearings and mediations.
• Draft motions, prepare pleadings and briefs.
• Prepare detailed correspondence and reporting to clients and carrier reps.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other tools.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery requests.
• Investigate claims and develop case strategy; assess liability and exposure.
• Assist in trial and mediation preparation; collaborate with teams.
