About the Role

Seeking Litigation Attorney with 1-6+ years of experience to handle general liability (auto, premises liability, construction defect) and complex liability matters for a hard‑working, fast‑paced, AV‑rated law firm. This role requires experience in all aspects of litigation, including investigation, research, analysis, discovery, and motions. The candidate should have experience taking percipient/party/expert depositions and representing clients in mediations and court hearings. Excellent research and writing skills are required.
