Job summary

gpac partners with a mid-sized litigation firm in Las Vegas, NV to hire a Litigation Associate Attorney. The role offers diverse civil litigation exposure, mentorship, and opportunities for growth.

You will handle general liability, construction disputes, business matters, and other complex civil cases, managing cases from start to finish with support for discovery and trial preparation. Ideal candidate has a J.D.

Qualifications

• 1-6+ years of civil litigation experience.
• J.D. from an accredited law school; Nevada license required.
• Ability to independently manage cases from inception through resolution.
• Experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.

A highly regarded mid-sized litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to handle a diverse caseload, work closely with experienced mentors, and continue developing their litigation skills in a collaborative environment.

The practice includes general liability, business disputes, construction litigation, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and other complex civil litigation matters.

What They're Looking For

• 1-6+ years of civil litigation experience
• Experience handling general liability, construction, business disputes, or catastrophic injury matters preferred
• Ability to independently manage cases from inception through resolution
• Experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation
• Trial experience is a plus
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing in Nevada
