Job summary

Tyson & Mendes LLP seeks an attorney licensed in California to join its fast-growing civil defense team in Orange County. The ideal candidate will handle general liability, premises liability, personal injury, and construction defect matters with opportunities to take on independent case responsibility.

You will manage court appearances, depositions, motions, trials, and client communications while contributing to case strategy and growth within the firm.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California with an active bar admission.
• Minimum 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to assume independent litigation responsibilities.
