Senior Associate Attorney who is a motivated self-starter to be responsible handling Indiana foreclosure matters for the firm. Responsibilities will also include management of staff and the office with opportunities for Client Development as well.

This role plays a central part in the firm's foreclosure practice, overseeing legal matters from initiation through resolution. It requires managing contested foreclosures, pleadings, hearings, and client communication, making it vital to the firm's litigation services in the state.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation, review, and approval of foreclosure related pleadings.
  • Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters including contested foreclosures.
  • Participation in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, in-person hearings.
  • Regular client meetings/updates.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctorate.
  • Member in good standing with the State Bar
  • 8+ years minimum work experience handling Indiana foreclosures
  • Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload.
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills. Effectively communicates with all clients (via client systems, e-mail, and phone).
  • Provides exceptional client service.
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
  • Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management and attendance.
  • Analytical and detail oriented, while working at a fast pace and capable of multi-tasking.
  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
