• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.

Requirements

• Licensed in Pennsylvania (required).
• 3+ years of experience in foreclosure, replevins, evictions, or collections preferred.
• Experience in a role focusing on foreclosure.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.

Preferred

Multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
