For decades, our attorneys have guided clients through divorce, custody, support, equitable distribution, and marital agreements with the compassion and skill that comes from understanding just how stressful these situations can be. We are currently looking to add an Associate Attorney to our team.

Position Overview

We are actively seeking an Associate Attorney with 0–3 years of experience to join our family law practice in Reston, Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney to build a meaningful practice in family law alongside experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia, or must have taken the Virginia Bar Examination in July 2026 and is currently awaiting results
• 0–3 years of experience in family law
• Currently residing in Northern Virginia, or willing to relocate to the area

Work Location & Schedule

We offer a reasonably flexible work schedule for our associates. That said, we expect associates to be present at our Reston, Virginia office on most weekdays when they are not in court.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $80,000–$115,000 , commensurate with experience.
