You will draft employment and equity agreements, advise on 409A, and help design compensation plans. The ideal candidate holds a J.D. and is admitted or pursuing admission in IL, CA, DC, or NY, with 2–4 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of qualified benefits and executive compensation experience.
• Experience drafting employment agreements, equity award agreements and non-qualified compensation plans.
• Admitted in (or pursuing admission) in Illinois, California, Washington D.C., or New York.

Responsibilities

• Draft employment agreements, equity award agreements and non-qualified compensation plans.
• Assist with 409A, benefits design, and compensation structuring in transactional settings.
• Collaborate with partners and clients; support business development and client-facing activities.
