Responsibilities

• Independently manage a litigation caseload from start to finish.
• Attend hearings in various counties and courthouses.
• Drive deadlines, case strategy, and next steps across active matters.
• Research and analyze statutes, rules, regulations, and case law to support litigation strategy.
• Assist with document review and case development as needed.
• Work across practice areas including insurance coverage, construction, bodily injury, professional malpractice, and mass torts.
