You will handle creditor representation from review to resolution, draft filings, negotiate settlements, and pursue enforcement while maintaining client communication and case deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle creditor representation matters from initial file review through resolution.
• Review contracts, account documentation, and supporting records to assess claims and recovery options.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in hearings and other court proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements consistent with client objectives.
• Pursue judgment enforcement and post-judgment remedies where appropriate.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other parties regarding case status and next steps.
• Maintain accurate case records and manage deadlines across an active docket.
• Support bankruptcy claims, probate claims, or tax sale matters as assigned.
