The ideal candidate is detail oriented, well organized, with strong communication skills and work ethic, able to work independently or in a team. Foreclosure, title insurance, and bankruptcy experience are helpful but not required; hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required.
• Bar licensed in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Performing all functions and tasks related to a caseload of creditor bankruptcy and foreclosure matters.
• Drafting and reviewing bankruptcy, foreclosure, and collection pleadings.
• Maintaining a calendar and preparing for hearings and deadlines.
• Providing excellent client service.
• Assisting management with firm wide projects.
• Meeting production and performance standards.
• Maintaining a full caseload including court appearances.

Janeway Law Firm, P.C., a real estate and creditor’s rights firm, seeks a full-time Colorado licensed Attorney.

Candidates must be detail oriented, well organized, with strong communication skills and work ethic. Ideal candidates work well both independently and in a team environment with a positive attitude and ability to adapt to change. Foreclosure, Title Insurance, Real Estate, HOA, Litigation or Bankruptcy experience is helpful, but not required. The office is casual but fast paced.

Responsibilities

• Performing all functions and tasks related to an individual’s caseload of creditor bankruptcy and foreclosure matters
• Drafting and reviewing bankruptcy, foreclosure, and collection‑related pleadings
• Maintaining an individual calendar and ensuring adequate preparation for all hearings and deadlines
• Providing excellent customer service to clients
• Assisting management with firm wide projects
• Adhering to production and performance standards assessed for the position
• Every attorney is expected to maintain a full caseload including court appearances for their cases
