Overview

We are seeking an Associate Attorney, Corporate to support clients with business matters and related legal needs. The role combines corporate work with research, drafting, negotiation, and litigation support. You will communicate with clients, prepare clear legal documents, and help guide matters through applicable procedures. Your impact: Careful legal analysis and practical counsel help clients make informed decisions and address legal matters effectively.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts and other legal documents; support negotiation and provide legal counsel.
• Conduct legal research, including statutory research using LexisNexis and Westlaw, and prepare written analyses.
• Support general and commercial litigation through case management, legal motion preparation, court depositions, and trial preparation.
• Communicate with clients and contribute to legal advocacy across matters involving corporate and securities law, employment law, estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, family law, workers' compensation, tribal regulations, patent law, and personal injury.

Requirements

• Law degree and authorization to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Law office experience, with experience in legal case management, litigation, legal drafting, legal writing, and procedural law.
• Strong research, writing, client communication, negotiation, and legal advocacy skills.
• Experience with employment law cases, personal injury cases, or personal injury law is valuable; familiarity with the listed practice areas is preferred.
• Ability to use LexisNexis or Westlaw for legal research and support legal motion preparation, depositions, and trial preparation.
