Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado (required).
• 2-5 years of experience handling general liability and construction defect matters.
• Experience in insurance defense litigation preferred.
• Excellent research and writing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support lead attorneys on all phases of litigation, from rapid response investigations to trial presentation.
• Collaborate with lead counsel on case evaluation, reporting, discovery, and depositions.
• Contribute to strategy to meet client objectives across a wide spectrum of insurance defense matters.
