The ideal candidate has 1–10 years of civil litigation experience, a JD from an accredited school, and FL admission. You will handle research, filings, and client communication while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• JSM/JD required with bar admission in FL or eligible.
• 1–10 years of attorney experience; civil litigation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal laws, automotive liability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Legal research and drafting pleadings and motions under senior guidance.
• Case preparation for hearings, trials, depositions, and mediations.
• Maintain client communication with updates and inquiries.
• Manage discovery and document reviews; prepare responses.
• Appear in court for routine motions and hearings with supervision.
• Advise clients on rights, risks, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with team to achieve client objectives.
• Meet billable hour targets through efficient case management.
• Attend CLE programs and stay current with law changes.
• Support firm goals and participate in firm initiatives.
