Job Description

• Manage construction defect litigation cases from inception through trial with minimal supervision.
• Conduct discovery, site inspections, issue analysis, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Retain and coordinate with expert witnesses for expert discovery.
• Handle court appearances, depositions, and hearings independently.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet client and firm objectives.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in construction defect litigation.
• Minimum of 2 years of general litigation experience.
• Strong litigation skills, capable of managing cases independently.
• Admitted to the California Bar.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
