Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution, a California litigation and business firm, seeks a Senior Litigation Attorney to lead construction defect matters from inception to resolution, with immediate file ownership and a hybrid model.

You will manage cases, own files and trials, handle subcontractor and general contractor disputes, and serve as the primary client-facing litigator, driving matters toward equity partnership.

Qualifications

• 6 to 15 years post-qualification civil litigation experience.
• Active California Bar strongly preferred.
• Experience with subcontractor, general contractor and multi-party construction disputes.
• Preferred: Second-chair trial experience through preparation and resolution.
