Responsibilities
  • Represent clients involved in various construction related incidents, construction defect, breach of contract, and breach of warranty
  • Provide comprehensive legal counsel and defense strategies to individuals, businesses, and insurance companies operating within the construction industry
  • Conduct thorough investigations into construction cases, analyze evidence, assess liability, and develop defense strategies tailored to each case's unique circumstances
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings
  • Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis on various issues related to construction and personal injury law
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
  • Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
  • Participate in case strategy discussions and negotiations
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate and organized records
  • Attend continuing legal education courses to stay current on legal developments in Medical Malpractice
Experience
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the State Bar of Texas
