The role supports a partner, participates in case strategy, and helps manage firm clients across complex civil matters. You will conduct legal research, draft pleadings and briefs, appear at hearings and depositions, and collaborate with partners and associates to develop defense strategies.

Qualifications

• Civil litigation experience or internships/clerkships for new graduates.
• Active in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent and defend clients in hearings, trials, and depositions.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and discovery responses.
• Communicate case updates and develop legal strategy with the team.
