reputation for taking on complex employment and civil rights cases that change lives.
We’re not a high-volume practice. We’re a cohesive results-driven team that selects cases with
purpose, giving every attorney the opportunity to think strategically, advocate passionately, and
grow meaningfully.

Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • Impactful Work: Represent individuals who’ve been wronged and help create safer,
    fairer workplaces.
  • Hands-On Experience: You won’t be a background player — you’ll draft, argue, and
    lead early in your career.
  • Collaborative Culture: Work closely with accomplished litigators in a dynamic,
    supportive, team-oriented environment.
  • Real Mentorship: Learn directly from seasoned trial attorneys who are invested in your
    growth and success.
What You’ll Do
  • Research, draft, and argue substantive motions, complaints, and trial briefs in state and
    federal courts.
  • Take and defend depositions, develop discovery and trial strategies, and prepare
    witnesses and experts.
  • Shape case strategy from day one — including mediation prep and trial presentation.
Communicate with clients with empathy, professionalism, and candor.
  • Manage multiple projects effectively while maintaining the highest standards of
    advocacy.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base salary: $110,000 – $180,000, plus performance-based bonuses.
  • Medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
  • CLE, bar dues, and professional development covered.
  • Dedicated mentorship and early courtroom experience.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience preferred, but we will also consider new law school graduates with exceptional backgrounds such as work experience, judicial clerkships, law review, or strong academic records.
  • Skills: Exceptional writing, analytical reasoning, and strategic judgment; deposition or motion practice experience a plus.
  • Mindset: Passionate about justice, intellectually curious, and energized by collaboration and growth.
  • Licensure: Active Washington Bar license required.
