Our Client is seeking an Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation with a minimum of 2 years of dedicated civil litigation experience to join its Albuquerque, New Mexico office. The ideal candidate will have experience independently managing litigation matters, developing case strategy, drafting sophisticated pleadings and motions, conducting and defending depositions, handling discovery, and communicating directly with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
