BCG Attorney Search in Houston, TX, is seeking an Associate Attorney specializing in Business Immigration for a hybrid in‑office/remote role.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in employment‑based immigration, excellent analytical and writing skills, and the ability to adapt to clients’ needs in a dynamic environment.

JD licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, strong oral advocacy, and willingness to learn are essential; Spanish fluency is a plus.

Qualifications

• JD licensed and in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 1 year or more experience as an immigration lawyer in business or family immigration.
• Strong oral advocacy and written communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare case strategies and employment-based filings with USCIS, DOL, and DOS.
• Prepare consular and CBP packets as needed.
• File motions, briefs, and other pleadings with DHS, BIA, BALCA.
• Communicate with clients, including HR professionals and individuals.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys in client representation.
• Oversee legal staff in the delivery of assigned matters.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on immigration case law and policy changes.
