Responsabilités

Associate Attorney (Mortgage) - Brookfield, WI

Agility 360 is searching for a Associate Attorney with a background in Mortgage to join our client's legal practice located in Brookfield, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have experience in the areas of Mortgage Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Eviction, Replevin, and Litigation. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Attending court hearings in several counties throughout the state
• Experienced with foreclosure (and preferably bankruptcy) process and procedures
• Management offiles and monitoring of cases to ensure deadlines are met
• Document preparation and review including complaints, judgment and sale pleadings
• Drafting responses to pleadings
• Preparing and responding to discovery
• Legal research

Skills

• 1+ years of practicing law
• Experience with Black Knight and FNMA guidelines are a plus
• Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited university
• Must be licensed in State ofWisconsin
• Licensed in federal court or willing to get licensed at the firm's expense
• Familiar with foreclosure (and preferably bankruptcy) process and procedures
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and produce an accurate and high-quality work product

• Direct hire, full-time position
• In-office position with possibility of hybrid after the 90-day probationer period
• Salary range: $55k - $70k/ year (based on experience)
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
