Job summary

Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney, Ltd. seeks an attorney with a background in asbestos defense to support a national litigation team and coordinate defense strategies across jurisdictions. You will draft pleadings, manage discovery, and participate in depositions and mediation proceedings, with an emphasis on collaboration and client-focused advocacy.

The successful candidate will hold a J.D. and an active license in good standing in at least one U.S.

• Collaborate across jurisdictions on national case strategy, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Operate from anywhere in the US or from one of the firm's many offices.
