What You’ll Do:

Take lead roles in all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.

Directly support partners in high-stakes trials, with opportunities for first- and second-chair trial experience.

Work with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to develop compelling case strategies.

Contribute to firm growth by embracing mentorship and collaborating in a fast-paced, trial-oriented environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Solid litigation practice experience, preferably with first- and second-chair trial or arbitration experience.

Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.

A proactive and independent work ethic, with a hunger to litigate and try cases.

Strong motivation for client success.

Admission to the Washington State Bar in good standing.
