OPPORTUNITY | Associate Attorney

Our New Orleans area office seeks a well-rounded and highly motivated, diligent Associate Attorney with 0-3 years of experience. Must be licensed to practice Louisiana courts. Admissions to additional jurisdictions are a plus. Associates will handle defense litigation matters involving property claims, personal injury, premise liability, and workers' comp. This is an exceptional opportunity to handle a variety of civil litigation matters for nationwide clients with a forward-thinking firm.

The individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with the following:

• proactively work independently and as part of a team;
• demonstrate strong legal research and analytical skills;
• excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• strong attention to detail with superb organization and prioritization skills;
• ability to move from case to case;
• knowledge of court procedures; and,
• proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and navigating the internet.

RESPONSIBILITIES
