Associate Attorney – Litigation (0–5 Years Experience)

Bargnesi Britt, PLLC is seeking an attorney with 0–5 years of litigation experience to join our growing defense practice representing healthcare providers, hospitals, and other clients in medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, dental malpractice, and general negligence matters.

Medical malpractice experience is not required. We are looking for a motivated attorney with strong research, writing, and analytical skills who is eager to develop a litigation practice. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced trial attorneys and gain meaningful hands-on experience in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and trial preparation.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000–$125,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and significant opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
