The Transactional Associate Attorney will handle a wide range of real estate and corporate transactional matters, providing strategic legal guidance to clients from deal inception through closing. This role involves drafting and negotiating complex agreements, managing transactions, and supporting business development initiatives. The attorney will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
