Cap City Law PS in Olympia seeks a full-time Associate Attorney to join our team. You will work directly with clients on a wide range of business and real estate matters, with a compensation up to $150,000 per year based on experience.

This position offers a path to ownership and is well-suited for an attorney aiming to move from a larger firm to a smaller community where you can build meaningful client relationships and have a direct daily impact.

Cap City Law PS in Olympia seeks a full-time Associate Attorney to join our team. You will work directly and independently with clients on a wide range of business and real estate matters. Salary is up to $150,000 annually, depending on experience, and includes a path to ownership. The ideal candidate will have experience in business and real estate law and may currently be a solo practitioner looking to focus on practicing law while leaving administrative responsibilities behind. This position is also well-suited for an attorney seeking to transition from a large-city or large-firm environment to a smaller community where they can build meaningful client relationships and make a direct impact every day.
