Qualifications

A growing and well-established, top law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its expanding creditors’ rights and foreclosure practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build a long-term home, gain meaningful responsibility early, and grow alongside a team that has seen significant recent expansion. The firm offers a flexible hybrid schedule and exposure to related practice areas over time. Not in court on a daily basis!

This attorney should have exposure to foreclosure law. Exposure to either banks, evictions, landlord tenant, community association, collections, bankruptcy, creditors rights, or FDCPA may also be considered. The role provides direct client interaction, courtroom exposure, and the ability to independently manage matters from intake through resolution.

Foreclosure experience ideal, this is substantive work and sophisticated clientele, partnership opportunity as well.
