Deneweth, Vittiglio & Sassak, P.C. seeks to add an Associate Attorney to our talented team in Troy, Michigan.

This is a full-time Associate Attorney position. Our Firm practices in all aspects of commercial law with an emphasis on construction and real estate matters. Job responsibilities for an Associate Attorney will include both transactional and litigation matters. Communication with clients, courts, and counsel will be required. The position involves the drafting and preparing of pleadings, briefs, contracts, and other legal and transactional documents. Court appearances and depositions will be included.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree with excellent academic credentials
• Michigan Bar admission for 1 to 4 years
• Effective legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Strong professional judgment, problem solving, and advocacy skills
