Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly P.C. seeks an entry to mid-level litigation attorney for its Maryland office in a FT remote, hybrid or onsite capacity.

The firm handles general liability, professional liability and toxic tort matters, with opportunities for advancement and bonuses based on productivity. The role requires MD Bar membership in good standing and up to 7 years of litigation experience, ideally MD-focused.

Qualifications

• MD Bar membership in good standing is required.
• Up to 7 years’ litigation experience preferred, MD experience preferred but open to all candidates with relevant skills.
• Superior written and oral communications skills are essential.
• Strong organization and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and LexisNexis; familiar with Case/File Management systems.
• Tracking billable hours strongly preferred.

Salary Range: $85,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually

ENTRY TO MID-LEVEL LITIGATION ATTORNEY

MOODK is a mid-sized, regional firm that specializes in general liability, professional liability and toxic tort litigation matters, with offices located in PA, NJ, NY, DE and MD and we are currently seeking experienced attorneys to join our team in the Maryland office in a FT remote, hybrid or onsite capacity.

Qualifications:

• Current and active MD Bar membership in good standing;
• Up to 7 years’ litigation experience preferred, preferably in MD but open to all candidates with relevant skills;
  • Opportunities exist for more experienced candidates and can be found via another job posting.
