Associate will be responsible for managing client files in a wide variety of litigation areas: probate, real property matters, landlord/tenant law, personal injury, consumer protection, business ligation, and collections. Associate will get hands-on experience in every aspect of litigation, including intake, investigation, pleadings, discovery, pretrial motions and hearings, trial on the merits, and appeals.
